Cornish cider with consequences •
Hand pressed mixed apples from the Restronguet Barton and Park House Orchards in Cornwall are transmogrified into a surprising and somewhat challenging elixir by master cider brewers Jerry and Bob (not their real names). The fact that our cider is produced in very small batches is a blessing, minimising the potential damage to both the environment and public health. All consumption is entirely at your own risk and is contrary to medical advice.
Our much anticipated first batch
is currently evolving in our state-of-the art,
hermetically sealed, ultra-clean Restronguet Barton brewing facility.

ABOUT
JERRY
Fed up with his glut of apples rotting on the ground every year, Jerry tried all the usual things - apple sauce, crumbles and turnovers, but with little impact on the apple-mountain. His passions for DIY, experimentation and strong liquor inevitably led to an Amazon-fest of equipment purchase, and the concept of Ciderfect was born. Ably supported by his technical adviser, Bob (not his real name), advisory board and the core team, he alone remains personally liable for any and all claims (medical incapacity, physical damage (including explosions and caustic corrosion) or mental disorder) resulting from use of Ciderfect.
